I’m Tierra Hensley, a Middle Tennessee REALTOR® with eXp Realty, based in Spring Hill and serving buyers, sellers, and families relocating throughout the Nashville area.

I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2022, but my experience serving customers began long before real estate. Since 2012, I’ve operated a five-star Etsy shop, where I learned the importance of communication, attention to detail, creativity, and providing an experience that makes people feel genuinely cared for.

Having moved between several states myself, I understand that relocating involves much more than finding a house. I help my clients compare communities, understand their options, and find an area that supports the lifestyle they want. Through my YouTube videos, I also provide honest information about living in Middle Tennessee so buyers can feel more prepared before they make the move.
